Our artisan crafted Sweet Dreams Decaf blend of Mexican and Sumatran coffees is the result of small-batch roasting and a unique, natural decaf¬feination process using pure, glacial runoff from Mexico’s highest mountains (17,000’-18,000’ above sea level). Green coffee beans are immersed in this pure moun-tain water to extract caffeine, which is then filtered out without removing the coffee’s flavor compo¬nents. This process results in beans that are 99% caffeine free, with a balanced, full-bodied flavor, nutty sweetness and hint of chocolate and citrus in each cup. The small-plot, high-altitude, Fair Trade CertifiedTM coffee that goes into every bag of our “Sweet Dreams” decaf is sustainably grown and produced without chemicals or pesticides.
