El Meridiano is produced by 58 small plot farmers (average farm size 4.5 hectares), members of the Asociacion de Productores de Café Especial del Alto Saldana (ASOCEAS) co-op in Tolima, Colombia.

Altitude: 4,900 - 6,200 Feet
Varietals: Caturra (70%), Colombia (20%) and Typica (10%)
Processing: Fully-washed in micro-mills at each farm
Drying: Fully sun-dried at each farm in green-house and roof-top patios
Harvest: October - January (main) April - June (fly-crop)
Export: January - July
