Learn the theory that explains how to strategically affect the espresso’s flavor profile by modifying the variables in an espresso recipe.  This hands-on course will explore mechanical technique, ratios, time, temperature and pressure, and the role each variable plays in creating and maintaining an espresso recipe.  Attendees will walk away with a more cemented knowledge and proficiency of dialing-in espresso and maintaining consistency from shot to shot.
