One of the many fun attributes about La Palma Y El Tucan is their progressive processing and the Guadualito is no exception. This coffee is processed with lactic fermentation and La Palma has been at the forefront of this method since inception. Lactic processing has been shown to increase the coffee's natural sweetness, accentuate acidity and thicken the body- providing a rich a flavorful experience in every sip.
